Check that notifications are enabled for Puki in iOS Settings, Focus mode allows alerts, and the reminder date and time are correct.

Restore Premium
After launch, use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Manage subscription
Open iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → Puki to view, change, or cancel your plan.
Privacy request
Request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing puki.support@proton.me.
Contact support
Email puki.support@proton.me with your app version, iOS version, device model, a description of the issue, and screenshots if helpful. Do not send passwords, full payment details, or unnecessary sensitive information.
We normally reply within 2 business days. For urgent pet-health concerns, contact a veterinarian or local emergency clinic—Puki support cannot provide veterinary advice.
